By using Pamgoma ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service regardless of how they access it — directly through pamgoma.com or through any embedded or third-party integration.

Pamgoma is a technical conversion tool. It accepts publicly accessible media URLs, fetches the corresponding streams from the source platform's content delivery network, and delivers a downloadable file to you. Pamgoma does not host source videos, does not operate as a streaming service, and does not store content beyond the one-hour temporary processing window described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use Pamgoma to download content only when you have the legal right to do so. Acceptable use includes:

• Content you created and uploaded to a platform yourself
• Content released under a Creative Commons or other open licence that explicitly permits downloading and offline use
• Content in the public domain
• Content for which the rights holder has given you explicit written permission to download
• Content where the originating platform provides a native download option, where Pamgoma is used as an alternative delivery method for the same purpose

You may not use Pamgoma to:

• Download, copy, or redistribute copyright-protected content without the rights holder's authorisation
• Circumvent digital rights management or technological protection measures on any platform
• Operate automated scripts, bots, or crawlers against the Service
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any attempt to disrupt or degrade the Service's infrastructure
• Commercially resell, repackage, or redistribute downloaded media
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

All media content processed through Pamgoma remains the intellectual property of its original rights holders. Pamgoma claims no ownership over any content that passes through the Service. The Pamgoma name, logo, and site design are our own and may not be reproduced without permission.

Pamgoma is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Source platforms may change their delivery infrastructure at any time, which can affect compatibility with specific URLs without prior notice. We will update the Service to restore compatibility as promptly as possible when this occurs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pamgoma is provided without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that files delivered will be of any particular quality beyond what the source platform provides.

Pamgoma and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including any claims arising from your downloading of content that infringes third-party rights. You assume full responsibility for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with applicable law and the terms of the originating platform.

Downloading content from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms using Pamgoma may be governed by those platforms' own terms of service. Pamgoma makes no representation that such use is compliant with third-party terms, and users are solely responsible for any resulting consequences.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be indicated by a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
