Pamgoma ("we", "our", "the Service") is a free video downloader available at pamgoma.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the Service and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Video URLs you submit. When you paste a video URL into Pamgoma, that URL is sent to our servers to extract video information and generate a download link. We do not store URLs permanently; they are processed in memory and discarded after the download job expires (typically within one hour).

Server logs. Our servers automatically record standard access logs including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps. These are used solely for security monitoring and diagnosing technical issues, and are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

No account required. We do not require you to create an account and do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information to use the Service.

The Pamgoma browser extension (available for Chrome, Firefox, and Opera) does not collect or transmit any user data to our servers. It reads only the URL of the current browser tab to open pamgoma.com with that URL pre-filled, and stores a single preference flag in your browser's local storage to remember if you dismissed the floating button. This preference never leaves your device.

Pamgoma does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We do not serve advertisements. We may use privacy-preserving aggregate analytics (total download counts per day) that are never linked to individual users.

The limited information we collect is used exclusively to process your download requests, monitor for abuse, and diagnose technical problems. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the safety of our users and the public.

Download jobs and associated video URLs are automatically deleted within one hour of creation. Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Pamgoma is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
